- 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development within the Staffing/Recruitment industry.
- Strong networking, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Prior experience in client acquisition, talent acquisition coordination, and team handling.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills with a proven record of closing deals.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and lead a team.
- Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and proactive in achieving business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acquire & onboard new clients (Domestic & US staffing).
- Drive business development & strengthen client relationships.
- Support recruitment teams in timely talent delivery.
- Lead and manage a team of recruiters/BD executives.
- Generate leads via networking, references & business channels.
- Deliver sales pitches, negotiate contracts & close deals.
- Conduct market research to spot new opportunities.
- Achieve revenue targets and contribute to business growth.
