Job Purpose
To promote and sell the company's products and solutions in the assigned territory, achieve sales targets, develop new business opportunities, and maintain strong relationships with SI partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Achievement & Business Development
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with system integrator, consultants, and end customers.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of projects through active prospecting, networking, and market research.
Project & Partner Management
- Engage and build strong relationships with system integrator, consultants, and enterprise customers.
- Ensure timely communication of product information, pricing, and technical support to project partners.
Customer Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key enterprise and institutional customers.
- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate solutions tailored to their project requirements.
- Handle customer queries, ensure timely responses, and drive post-sales satisfaction.
Sales Operations & Coordination
- Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and project tenders.
- Coordinate internally with logistics, accounts, and support teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery.
Market Intelligence & Representation
- Track competitor activities, pricing trends, and upcoming projects in the assigned territory.
- Share market insights and feedback with marketing and product management teams.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer engagement programs to enhance brand visibility.
Job Type: Full-Time
Education: B.E. in Electronics/ETC or Diploma in ETC (or equivalent)
Products Handled:
- Active Networking Products (e.g., Switches, Routers, Wireless Solutions)
- Passive Networking Products (e.g., Cables, Patch Panels, Racks, Accessories)
Candidate Profile:
Solid background in working with system integrators (SIs), distributors, and end customers
Strong relationships across Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 partner ecosystems
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Energetic, self-driven, and target-oriented professional with strong execution capability
