Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales and client acquisition strategies in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT service-based sales, international client handling, and building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in international markets USA, Canada, North America, and Europe.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable IT service solutions.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.
  • Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and revenue forecasts to management.
  • Explore new avenues for growth, including partnerships, alliances, and market expansion.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Overall 610 years of experience with at least 56 years in IT service-based business development.
  • Strong background in selling IT services (web, mobile, cloud, enterprise solutions, etc.).
  • Proven track record in international client handling, bidding platforms, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create and execute growth-driven sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Experience in working with CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales reporting.

Education:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
