Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our sales and client acquisition strategies in the IT services domain. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT service-based sales, international client handling, and building long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities in international markets USA, Canada, North America, and Europe.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and offering suitable IT service solutions.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless project execution.
- Prepare and present business proposals, sales reports, and revenue forecasts to management.
- Explore new avenues for growth, including partnerships, alliances, and market expansion.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Overall 610 years of experience with at least 56 years in IT service-based business development.
- Strong background in selling IT services (web, mobile, cloud, enterprise solutions, etc.).
- Proven track record in international client handling, bidding platforms, lead generation, and closing deals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and execute growth-driven sales strategies.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Experience in working with CRM tools, lead management systems, and sales reporting.
Education:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
