The IN Creator Success team leads Amazon India's vision of building India's most seductive creator engagement program. As part of our charter, we own building & scaling influencer relationships for traffic generating and on-site content programs like Amazon Influencer Program, Video Shopping Experiences and Amazon Live. With its network of hundreds of thousands of creators, the Amazon Influencer Program is already a global leader in affiliate marketing and a preferred mode of monetization for creators. The addition of newer content experiences on Amazon increases the opportunities that we have to engage with creators and enable them to share their unique perspectives with our customers.

Key job responsibilities
. Identify and recruit commerce first creators for Amazon Live. Create a pipeline of creators and establish a robust evaluation mechanism to test and grow top creators on Live, across categories (like beauty, fashion, food, fitness, home,).
. Educate, onboard and guide creators and agencies to create content for Live commerce and evangelize strategies that help creators successfully use Amazon Live to improve performance and maximize their earnings
. Own and execute experiment strategy to arrive at the right content and creator mix for customers of individual categories (Fashion, Beauty, Home, Kitchen).
. Act as a subject matter expert to various business & category teams, helping them build mental models on how they can leverage various creator led content formats in their businesses.
. Be the voice of creator for Amazon teams - Track industry trends, and share best practices across teams to maximize the potential of creators on Amazon

- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- 3+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience in setting up and managing a sales pipeline


- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations
- Experience in online advertising or high-tech products/services
