Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will identify and qualify new business opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and build sustainable relationships with prospective and existing clients. Responsibilities include conducting market research, understanding client needs, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with company goals. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to shape service offerings, gather client feedback, and support the handover from sales to delivery. The Business Development Manager will also track key performance metrics, maintain accurate CRM records, and contribute to strategic planning for growth.
Qualifications
  • Strong business development, lead generation, and sales pipeline management skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience in client relationship management, including stakeholder engagement, needs analysis, and long-term account development.
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying new segments or verticals for expansion.
  • Skilled in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers, with solid negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Comfort with CRM tools and basic sales reporting, including forecasting, activity tracking, and performance analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and prioritize multiple opportunities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience in services, IT, consulting, or a related B2B environment is preferred.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and a collaborative mindset, with openness to feedback and continuous learning.
