Role Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to achieve revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing relationships with key stakeholders, negotiating and closing deals, leading market research efforts, and overseeing the planning and execution of projects. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-quality event and marketing solutions aligned with client objectives.

Qualifications

  • 7+ Years of Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
  • Strong skills in marketing strategy, market research, and creating business proposals
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, plan events, and work in deadline-driven environments
  • Experience in event management, sports marketing, or artist management is a strong advantage
  • A results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software
