Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with strong experience in US Staffing client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring direct clients, and building long-term partnerships with companies across the United States. This role requires strong networking, sales, and relationship management skills within the US staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and acquire new direct clients for IT and Non-IT staffing services in the US market.
  • Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn networking, and industry connections.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client staffing requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment teams to fulfill positions.
  • Negotiate contracts, MSAs, NDAs, and rate agreements with new clients.
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients to generate repeat business and new requirements.
  • Track and manage sales pipeline using CRM tools.
  • Work closely with leadership to develop and execute business growth strategies.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly client acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Stay updated with US staffing market trends, vendor management systems (VMS), and industry best practices.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in US Staffing Business Development / Client Acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of IT staffing services and recruitment lifecycle.
  • Experience acquiring direct clients rather than only working with implementation partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and cold outreach.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently
