Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Hyderabad. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving sales growth for the company's solar energy solutions. The role also involves creating and implementing strategic business plans, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business objectives and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management
  • Knowledge of Renewable Energy, particularly Solar Energy solutions and related markets
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Relationship Management skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Market Analysis, and Strategic Planning
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets effectively
  • Team collaboration and leadership abilities for working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in a similar role in the renewable energy or technology sector is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Energy Management, or a related field
