Job Description


  • The primary focus of this position is to bring new business across India
  • Develops and executes sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with the Recruiting & Fulfilment Team to on-board new clients
  • Manage all existing and new accounts in designated sales territory, ensuring clients needs are met
  • Job Location: Chennai/Salem for South India candidates or Remote for candidates from Rest of India.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • Good experience in working for Recruitment / Staffing industry
  • Should be able to bring in new clients
  • Action and results oriented attitude. Capable of developing a strong business case for client action and skills to close the sale.
  • Experience using MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Good Communication skills (written & verbal) and attitude is mandatory.
