Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, cold calling, LinkedIn, and client meetings.
- Acquire new clients for branding, outdoor advertising, print media, events, and brand activation services.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Understand client requirements and recommend tailored advertising solutions.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in advertising, branding, media, outdoor advertising, print media, or event management is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings.
