Business Development Intern

This internship role for a Human Resources and Business Development Intern is based on-site in Gurgaon. Responsibilities include supporting HR operations such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement, as well as assisting in developing and executing business growth strategies. Additional tasks may include conducting market research, preparing presentations, managing administrative tasks, and participating in strategic meetings to support organizational goals.

• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Knowledge of Human Resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement
• Understanding of business development processes, and ability to conduct market research and interpret data
• Excellent written and verbal communication along with skills in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant tools
• A positive attitude, team-player mindset, and eagerness to learn about HR and business development
• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
• Familiarity with the e-commerce landscape or Amazon businesses is an advantage
