Role Description

RealSkill is seeking a full-time Business Development Intern for a hybrid position based in Patna. While primarily on-site, the role offers occasional flexibility to work remotely. The intern will support core business development initiatives including conducting targeted market research, identifying and qualifying prospective leads, assisting in customer relationship activities, and contributing to outreach and conversion efforts.

Key responsibilities will include engaging with potential institutional and enterprise clients, nurturing relationships, uncovering new partnership opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to execute growth strategies. The intern will play a direct role in supporting organizational objectives related to expansion, strategic alliances, and revenue development.

Qualifications

Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and support informed business decisions

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective engagement with clients and internal stakeholders

Experience or demonstrated aptitude in lead generation, market research, and opportunity mapping

Customer service orientation with the ability to build and maintain productive client relationships

Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working both independently and within collaborative teams

Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a program in Business, Marketing, Management, or a closely related field
