We channel that enthusiasm towards our work into getting our clients more business. We offer services in branding, advertising, design, web development, and extensive digital marketing. We're looking to grow our team in all aspects of the marketing spectrum of designers, developers, and digital marketing experts.

Role of Business Development Intern

As a Business Development Intern at Obladi Creatives, you'll support our lead generation and client outreach efforts by helping us connect with the right brands. You'll engage with prospects through LinkedIn outreach, shortlist potential leads, and occasionally reach out through calls when needed. Along the way, you'll help keep our CRM trackers updated and coordinate intro calls with the team, ensuring conversations move smoothly from one step to the next.

Intern's Responsibilities include

  • Execute LinkedIn outreach using well-crafted messaging, manage replies, and consistently engage potential clients to move them toward meetings.
  • Manually research and shortlist high-potential leads based on industry, relevance, budget signals, and decision-maker roles for multiple brands under Obladi.
  • Perform cold calls to prospects when required, introduce our services clearly, and identify genuine interest or next steps.
  • Maintain and update CRM sheets/trackers with accurate lead information, follow-up timelines, and status updates to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Coordinate and schedule intro calls and meetings with the founder/team, ensuring seamless communication between leads and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (English + Hindi/Telugu preferred).
  • Comfortable with outreach and cold calling (training will be provided).
  • Ability to manually research, identify, and evaluate potential leads.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Self-driven, eager to learn, and adaptable to working across multiple brands.

Stipend

  • 12k - 15k per month.
