Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Development Intern to support our client acquisition, pitch development and partnership initiatives. The ideal candidate should have a passion for marketing & brand strategy, strong communication skills, and preferably prior agency experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities across categories (beauty, lifestyle, F&B, D2C, fashion, etc.).
- Support the creation of pitch decks, proposals and client communication documents.
- Conduct market research, competitor mapping and category studies.
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, influencer, strategy, performance) to build customized solutions for prospects.
- Maintain and update lead pipelines, CRM sheets and outreach trackers.
- Participate in client meetings, calls and brainstorming sessions.
- Support execution of BD campaigns, email outreach, networking and partnership activities.
- Handle day-to-day tasks related to business operations, documentation & presentations.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business Administration, Media, Mass Communication, Advertising or similar fields.
- Preferred agency experience (internship or full-time) in business development, client servicing, growth or strategy roles.
- Strong communication, writing and presentation skills.
- Understanding of influencer marketing, content creation, and digital branding is a plus.
- Good proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask, organize and meet deadlines.
