Position Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Intern who is curious, proactive, and eager to build a career in the Learning & Development (L&D) and corporate coaching space. This internship offers hands-on exposure to B2B sales, market research, and client engagement while working in a purpose-driven, fast-growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential enterprise clients, industries, and market opportunities
- Support outreach campaigns through email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Join virtual meetings, product demos, and discussions with senior team members
- Maintain lead databases, CRM entries, and weekly sales trackers
- Stay updated on trends in L&D, HR tech, coaching, and workplace well-being
Required Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Psychology, Human Resources, Marketing, or related field
- Strong interest in sales, business development, HR, or the learning industry
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Curiosity, willingness to learn, and strong ownership mindset
- Self-driven, reliable, and open to feedback
- (Any prior internship/exposure to sales, BD, HR, or L&D is a plus but not mandatory)
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Prior internship or project experience in business development, sales, or client relations (preferred but not required)
- Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
- Comfortable adapting to evolving tasks and priorities
- Shows initiative, resilience, and potential for long-term growth
