Internship Type: Unpaid (Full-time PPO opportunity based on performance)

Role & Responsibilities
Conduct on-call operations for onboarding vendors/service providers to the platform
Build and maintain relationships with vendors through effective telephonic communication
Explain company offerings, resolve vendor queries, and ensure smooth onboarding
Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and onboarding progress in Google Sheets/CRM tools
Coordinate with the internal team for onboarding documentation and verification
Provide regular updates to the founder/HR team regarding onboarding targets and progress
Requirements
Strong verbal communication skills (Hindi & English preferred)
Comfortable in handling on-call conversations with vendors/service providers
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
Ability to work independently with strong follow-up and persuasion skills
Interest in business development, operations, and client/vendor relations
Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic startup environment
