Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Intern, based in Hyderabad. The Business Development Intern will be responsible for conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and assisting the team with business acquisition strategies. Daily tasks will include engaging with prospects, delivering presentations, and supporting customer service initiatives to nurture client relationships. The intern will collaborate closely with the business development team to achieve strategic objectives while gaining valuable hands-on experience.

Approach and onboard new schools for Campus Connect.

Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, directors, and school management.

Conduct demos and presentations to showcase our solutions.

Meet and exceed sales targets through effective planning and execution.

Learn quickly about our products and adapt sales strategies accordingly.

Business Development Strategies, Growth & Marketing Strategies

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation and strategic decision-making
  • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with clients effectively
  • Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Customer Service skills to build and maintain positive client relationships
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and meet specific targets
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage
  • Relevant educational background or enrollment in a Business, Marketing, or related field
