We specialize in CHS redevelopment, SRA projects, and large-scale residential & commercial developments, offering end-to-end consultancy including legal, architectural, structural, financial, and project management services.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Intern to support our growth initiatives and help expand our client base. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in real estate consultancy, client engagement, and project acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential clients, builders, and redevelopment projects.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and project pitches.
- Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
- Support the team in maintaining and updating CRM and project tracking systems.
- Assist in market research, competitive analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Attend client meetings, workshops, and site visits as required.
- Help track business development metrics and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
- Pursuing or recently graduated in Business, Management, Real Estate, or related fields.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Interest in real estate, redevelopment, and project management.
- Comfortable with outreach, research, and client engagement.
- Familiarity with MS Office, Google Workspace, and LinkedIn.
