Business Development Intern

Stipend - 7k-10k/Month

Role Summary:

The Intern will support the team with B2B lead generation, and prospect management along with garnering and meeting with potential partners.

Horeca Stop Customer Partners are Hotels, Restaurants, Caterers, and Cinemas.

The Intern will assist in generating a robust pipeline by researching, network connections, and web leads. They will provide support to potential clients by offering information on our services, Products, and projections as required. We seek a candidate who is diligent, possesses first-principle thinking, values integrity, and is open to coaching. Leadership qualities and a strong desire for learning are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Building business relationships with current and potential customers
• Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential customers at meetings and conferences
• Giving demos and explaining Horeca Stop services in detail to prospective clients
• Maintaining a database (CRM, Google Sheets, etc.) of prospective partner information.
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
• Business plans and projections as needed while working with clients to create solutions for their needs and consult through the partnership process

Requirements & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in English, Hindi, and local languages) and a knack for sales.

• Pursuing Graduation in any specialization
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect, and interact.
• Tenacity to handle rejection and continue with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and other modern tools
• Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & and fitness is a bonus.
• Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
