Job Summary:
This internship offers an excellent opportunity for an aspiring sales professional to gain hands-on experience in the US IT staffing industry. As a Business Development Intern, you will support our sales team by researching potential clients, assisting with lead generation activities, and learning the fundamentals of the sales process from experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential new clients and key contacts.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database.
- Assist in preparing sales materials and proposals.
- Support the sales team with scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Learn about the recruitment sales cycle and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of enthusiasm and a strong desire to learn about sales and business development.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
