Business Development Trainee Ediglobe

Location: Remote/On-site

Stipend: 17,000 20,000 + 10,000 performance variable

Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious and talented Business Development Interns who want to build a career in sales, partnerships, and strategic growth. In this role, you will help expand our presence across colleges, student communities, and online platforms while contributing directly to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls, WhatsApp outreach, and email campaigns to students and colleges
  • Explain Ediglobe courses, features, benefits, and placement outcomes
  • Identify prospective leads from online and offline channels
  • Convert leads into paid enrollments or institutional tie-ups
  • Maintain daily MIS/update CRM
  • Follow up regularly with leads to drive conversions
  • Work on monthly revenue and sales targets
  • Support webinars, seminars, and student outreach activities
