Hiring for Business Development Intern!
Job Type: Internship
Location: Hyderabad
Duration: 3 months
Stipend: 10k/month
Preference: Males only
Shift : 2PM to 11PM
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients (schools, colleges, students, parents, and academic institutions) via outbound calls, emails, social media, and events.
* Client Outreach: Present and promote EdTech solutions through compelling communication that resonates with the educational sector.
* Sales Pipeline Management: Qualify leads, schedule demos, and support the sales team in closing deals.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders in the education ecosystem.
* CRM Usage: Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM systems like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce.
* Market Insights: Gather and report on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback.
* Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align messaging and provide customer insights.
Job Requirements:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (regional language skills are a plus).
* Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills with a consultative sales approach.
* Experience with CRM and sales automation tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field.
