We are hiring a remote Business Development Intern based in India to support outbound sales activities, pipeline generation, and go-to-market execution. This is an excellent chance to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, CRM-driven outreach, and B2B engagement with hiring managers and partner organizations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted prospect research and qualification to build a pipeline of high-potential leads across companies and hiring managers.
- Execute outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn and phoneown sequences, follow-ups, and meeting scheduling to drive demos and discovery calls.
- Maintain and update CRM data (leads, activities, deal stages), ensuring pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting inputs.
- Support sales campaign setup: create outreach templates, run A/B tests, and iterate messaging with feedback from senior sales reps.
- Prepare weekly outreach performance reports and concise summaries of conversion metrics for the sales team.
- Participate in sales training, call shadowing, and process-improvement initiatives to refine playbooks and increase conversion.

Qualifications & Fit

- Strong verbal communication and basic business writingable to craft concise outreach messages and follow-ups.
- Self-motivated, coachable, and able to work independently while collaborating with a distributed team.
