Earning Structure (Performance-Based)

Commission Model:

• 5,000 per enrollment for your first 3 students
• Continued competitive commissions beyond initial enrollments
• Monthly performance bonuses for 8+ enrollments
• No earning ceiling

Realistic Income:

• Average: 15,000-25,000/month
• Top performers: 30,000-50,000/month
• Exceptional: 70,000+ in peak months

What You'll Do

Core Responsibilities:

• Conduct informal awareness sessions about tech career opportunities
• Provide career guidance to peers through your social networks
• Connect interested students with our Academic Counsellors for detailed consultation
• Build relationships with college clubs, placement cells, and student organizations
• Leverage your network across multiple colleges through friends and alumni
• Track leads and conversions through our CRM system

Optional (Additional Incentives):

• Assist at college fairs, tech talks, and demonstration sessions
• Represent BIA at campus events and inter-college competitions

Who Should Apply

• Currently pursuing undergraduate degree (any year, any stream)
• Strong communication skills in English and/or Hindi
• Active campus presence with good social connections
• Comfortable with WhatsApp, social media, and digital tools
• Comfortable with performance-based earning model
