Boom Theories is looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern to join

our team for a client. This role is primarily focused on growth, partnerships, outreach, and lead generation, with occasional involvement in our mental health services and wellness initiatives.

Position: Business Development Intern

Duration: 6 Months

Mode: Remote

Eligibility: Only candidates based in India

Stipend: Best in the market

Opportunity: Can transition into a full-time role after the internship based on performance

Role & Responsibilities

You will be working closely with our growth team to expand Thrive Revive Therapy's reach.

Your responsibilities include:

Identifying new business opportunities, collaborations, and partnerships

Conducting outreach to colleges, corporates, and community groups

Managing leads, follow-ups, and client communication

Assisting in preparing proposals, business decks, and presentations

Helping strengthen our brand presence through strategic planning

Coordinating for events/workshops when required (mostly virtual)

Market research to understand trends, potential clients, and service needs

Supporting mental health program promotions when aligned with BD goals

Who We're Looking For

Strong interest in business development, sales, outreach, and partnerships

Good communication and relationship-building skills

Organized, proactive, and comfortable taking initiative

Ability to handle calls, follow-ups, and coordination work

Basic understanding of business, marketing, or client management (preferred but not

mandatory)

Bonus if you have an interest in the mental health/wellness space
