Role Title: Business Development Executive
Department: Sales School Partnerships
Location: City-based (Field Role)
Role Objective:
To onboard schools in the assigned territory by conducting meetings with
Principals/Decision-Makers, introducing Marcos Quay programs, and driving pipeline from L1to L3 stage.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct face-to-face meetings with schools and present the sports education
program
Build relationships with school
Schedule and conduct presentations
Work closely with Telecallers to ensure follow-ups and warm leads
Push movement from first meeting to DM meeting
Submit daily reports on meeting outcomes and lead status
Required Skills:
13 years of B2B or EdTech field sales experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Presentation and storytelling abilities
Willingness to travel
