We are seeking an energetic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for driving new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting the company's revenue goals. You'll connect with potential customers, understand their pain points, and deliver compelling solutions that align with their business objectives. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for someone who thrives on challenges and enjoys turning conversations into meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify potential leads through research, outreach, and networking.

Conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings to understand client requirements and position our solutions effectively.

Deliver engaging product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.

Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and satisfaction.

Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and improve lead quality.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date data in CRM systems, tracking interactions and performance metrics.

Collect and share client feedback to support product improvements and innovation.

What Makes You a Great Fit
You have 13 years of experience in B2B or SaaS sales, preferably within a startup or high-growth company.

You're confident, articulate, and persuasive equally comfortable on calls, video meetings, or written outreach.

You have a customer-first mindset and genuinely enjoy helping businesses succeed through the right solutions.

You're skilled at crafting personalized, creative messages that get responses.

You bring strong organizational and time management skills, balancing multiple opportunities effectively.

You're goal-oriented, adaptable, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) is a plus.
