Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to all sales injuries.
  • Collaborate with the technical and creative teams to prepare accurate proposals and project quotes.
  • Build and nurture strong, long lasting relationships with the clients to foster trust and encourage repeated business.
  • Gather client feedback and relay it on internal teams to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to the management team.
  • Act as a consultant, guiding clients on the post production solutions to meet their goals.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree 2+ years in sales industry
  • Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing Demonstrated sales success
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts in an easy to understand manner.
  • A solid understanding of post production workflow, including editing, sound design, color correction and VFX.
  • CRM experience is preferred
  • Self motivated, goal oriented and able to work both independently and as part of team.
