Role Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with prior experience in US Staffing to expand our client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and work closely with the recruitment team to deliver efficient workforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the US staffing market.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking on platforms like LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs, and VMS contacts.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the recruiting team for successful fulfillment.
- Negotiate terms of business and close client agreements.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with potential and existing clients for consistent business growth.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business development targets.
- Stay updated on US market trends, hiring needs, and competitor activities.
