Role & responsibilities

1. Lead Conversion Expertise:

Utilize persuasive communication and relationship-building skills to effectively convert leads into sales.
Demonstrate an understanding of customer needs, ensuring our products seamlessly fit into their requirements.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management:

Regularly engage with Architects, Interior Designers, and Builders to establish and nurture relationships.
Conduct daily office visits, maintaining meticulous records of all activities.
Travel frequently to meet clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring long-term relationships.
3. Team Collaboration:

Coordinate seamlessly with the Cross Functional teams on a day-to-day basis.
Collaborate with the designing team to ensure client requirements are met effectively.
4. Data Management and Analysis:

Efficiently handle data related to customer interactions, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
Analyze customer activities to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
5. Innovative Business Solutions:

Uphold a customer-centric approach by identifying and solving problems, going beyond mere product sales.
Explore innovative ways to enhance customer experiences, offering bespoke solutions that align with unique preferences.

Language Proficiency:
