Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Business Development Executive role based in Kochi. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, generating and nurturing leads, building and maintaining strong client relationships, handling account management tasks, and collaborating with the team to drive business growth. This role requires identifying market trends, understanding client needs, and creating effective strategies to achieve company targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong knowledge of Business practices and market dynamics
• Excellent Communication skills for client interactions and team collaboration
• Experience in Account Management and client relationship building
• Proficiency in strategic planning, negotiation, and problem-solving
• Ability to work in a dynamic on-site team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Experience in the education or consultancy sector is an added advantage
