Job Description

  • Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities for IT services through outbound outreach (LinkedIn, email, calls) and in-person meetings.
  • Attend startup/tech/IT networking events, conferences, and meetups in Bangalore to build a strong pipeline of leads and partnerships.
  • Conduct meetings, demos, and presentations to understand client requirements and propose suitable IT/QA/technology solutions.
  • Own the sales cycle from lead generation and proposal coordination to negotiation and closure, ensuring revenue and margin goals are met.
  • Maintain and update CRM/lead trackers with activities, follow-ups, and status to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • 23 years of hands-on experience in IT business development / B2B IT sales (services, SaaS, or IT consulting preferred).
