Role Description

We are hiring a full-time Business Development Executive for an on-site position located in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will lead efforts in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and generating leads. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing business growth strategies, cultivating partnerships, presenting proposals, and negotiating agreements.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to expand the client base and identify growth opportunities.
  • Strategic understanding of Business operations and Account Management to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong Communication skills, including persuasive articulation and interpersonal abilities, to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the design and architecture industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, results-driven individual with excellent negotiation and analytical skills.
