- Target Attainment:Consistently meet or exceed individual and team-based monthly, quarterly, and annualstudent enrollment and revenue targets(measured by admissions volume and total course fee collections).
- Performance Monitoring:Proactively track the sales pipeline and generateperformance reportsto identify potential shortfalls and develop corrective action plans.
- Direct Engagement:Conduct focusedoutbound outreachvia tele calling, and personalized messages to prospective students and key influencers (parents / students ).
- Scheduled Meetings:Arrange and conduct one-on-one meetings, counseling sessions, and campus visits to establish rapport and qualify leads.
- Consultative Selling:Guide prospects through the entire sales funnel, starting withneeds assessmentto recommend the most suitable course (CA, CMA, ACCA, CS) based on the student's background and career aspirations.
- Objection Handling:Confidently address and resolve questions and concerns related to fees, course duration, difficulty, faculty quality, and placement support.
- Closing Deals:Secure final enrollment and process the necessary admission forms and fee payments to successfully convert the lead into a confirmed student.
- In-Depth Knowledge:Maintain complete and up-to-date knowledge of all offered courses, including curriculum, exam structure, professional body requirements, and career progression paths.
- Value Proposition:Clearly articulate theunique selling propositions (USPs)of Triple I Commerce Academy (e.g., teaching methodology, past results, infrastructure) to demonstrate superior value compared to competitors.
- CRM Utilization:Accurately log, track, and manage all prospective student data and sales activity within theCustomer Relationship Management (CRM)system.
- Pipeline Maintenance:Ensure the sales pipeline is current and categorized, allowing for accurate weekly and monthly sales forecasting for the management team.
- Promotional Assistance:Collaborate with the marketing team by assisting in the execution of ground-level promotional events, information sessions, and local advertising campaigns.
- Market Feedback:Gather and relay qualitative feedback from prospects and the market to the management team to help refine course offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing materials.
