About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to start their career in business development and client communication. The candidate must have good English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate leads through online platforms such as LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
- Communicate with potential clients to understand project requirements and build strong relationships.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and follow-up communication.
- Maintain and update lead reports and CRM tools regularly.
- Support the business development team in daily activities and coordination.
- Participate in team discussions and contribute to planning client acquisition strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluent English communication is mandatory (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services / websites / design (preferred but not required training will be provided).
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and platforms.
- Self-motivated, confident, and proactive attitude.
Educational Qualification:
- Any Bachelor's degree (BBA, BCA, B.Tech, MBA in Marketing preferred but not required).
