Position: Assistant Manager Business Development

Experience: 1-3 Years

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key decision-makers such as CXOs, HR Heads, and L&D Heads to drive business growth.
  • Generate leads from a targeted list of companies and expand client engagement.
  • Conduct needs analysis and present tailored solutions to address client requirements.
  • Deliver effective online demos and persuasive client presentations.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to create business opportunities.
  • Develop compelling sales pitches for a premium corporate education brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client interactions and sales strategies.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing.
  • Experience: 1-3 years in B2B sales preferred.
  • Prior experience handling high-profile clients in MNCs is a plus.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, CRM tools, and lead management.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
