Role Overview
We're looking for a Business Development Executive who can expand our brand presence through strategic tie-ups, collaborations, and B2B sales.
This role involves connecting with event planners, wedding planners, corporate gifting partners, and retail outlets, building long-term relationships that drive growth and visibility for the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential B2B clients including wedding planners, event agencies, and luxury gifting companies
Pitch and close tie-ups for The Perfume Affair's perfume bar experience and product collaborations.
Manage client relationships and ensure smooth coordination for events and brand activations
Develop and execute strategies for retail and corporate partnerships
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to deliver customized proposals and presentations
Meet and exceed monthly business growth targets
Requirements
13 years of experience in business development / B2B sales / event partnerships
Strong communication and presentation skills
Existing network in the wedding or events industry is a big plus
Self-driven, well-organized, and comfortable with on-ground meetings
Passion for luxury, lifestyle, and experiential brands
