Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) with 13 years of proven experience in the IT Services industry. The ideal candidate should be skilled in lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and deal closure, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and deliver engaging sales presentations and pitches to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term business growth and satisfaction.
- Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, Technical, and management) to align business objectives and customer requirements.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, client databases, and pipelines using CRM tools or other platforms.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by management.
- Gather client feedback and share insights to help improve service offerings.
- Ensure timely follow-up from clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
- 13 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven experience in lead generation and deal closure.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
