We are seeking a dynamicBusiness Development Executivewith experience in theBFSI sectorto manage client accounts, nurture relationships, and drive IT services and RPA sales. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record inIT service sales within BFSI, with the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts in the BFSI domain, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and engagement.
- Act as the primary point of contact for BFSI clients, addressing queries and providing solutions in collaboration with technical teams.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities for RPA, IT automation, and other technology-driven solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with BFSI clients through regular communication, account reviews, and strategic business discussions.
- Develop a deep understanding of BFSI industry trends, client needs, and technology solutions to effectively position company offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, delivery, support) to ensure successful implementation and client success.
- Generate new business opportunities in the BFSI sector through networking, cold calling, and leveraging industry connections.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and documentation tailored for BFSI client meetings.
- Track account metrics, client satisfaction, and revenue growth, and report progress to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 25 years of experience in IT service / RPA / technology sales within the BFSI domain.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of managing BFSI client accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Good understanding of technology-driven solutions, ideally RPA, AI, or IT automation tools.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams and translate client requirements into actionable solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
