About the Role
We are currently hiring two Business Development Executives to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant sales experience, one in the Travel Industry and the other in IT Sales.
We are looking for professionals who are creative problem solvers, effective communicators, and enjoy working in a collaborative team environment.
Key Responsibilities (Applicable to Both Roles)
Develop and manage strong relationships with new and existing clients
Handle the entire sales cycle: lead generation, client meetings, proposal development, and closure
Conduct thorough market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities
Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate client and sales data
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery
Provide high-quality customer service and communication throughout the sales process
Position 1: Business Development Executive Travel Industry
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales within the Travel, Tourism, or Hospitality industry
Good knowledge of domestic and international travel products, destinations, and itinerary planning
Experience in selling travel packages (B2B or B2C), corporate travel solutions, or related services
Ability to customize offerings based on client needs
Position 2: Business Development Executive IT Sales
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in IT or Software Sales
Knowledge of software solutions, SaaS products, or IT services
Experience in lead generation, client engagement, and proposal presentations for B2B clients
Ability to understand technical solutions and communicate them effectively to clients
General Qualifications (Both Roles)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools is an advantage
