About the job

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through leads assigned in CRM
  • Generating and Conducting Site Visits of interested clients to relevant properties.
  • Managing negotiations with Buyers and ensuring deal closures
  • Achieving target of 5 to 6 prospective site visits every week.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills written and verbal.

Proficient in both Kannada & English and local language is advantage

MS office

Customer relationship Management, Sales & Negotiations Skills

Energy, aggression, enthusiasm and Confidence

Educational Qualification & Work Experience:

A graduate from any discipline is preferred

1 year of experience in sales in any industry is preferred.

CTC Up to 3.5 Lakh Fixed (FOR FRESHERS)

CTC - Up to 6 LPA ( Depending upon the experience and the Team Leading Experience)
