Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive with prior experience in the printing and packaging industry. The role involves driving new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and supporting revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the flexible packaging segment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams (production, prepress, and operations) to offer suitable solutions.
Track sales pipeline, follow up on leads, and ensure timely closure of deals.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using CRM or internal systems.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Graduate / MBA in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
3 to 6 years of relevant experience in printing and packaging industry.
Proven experience in B2B sales and client handling.
Strong understanding of packaging materials, printing processes, and customer applications.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Good presentation and follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel locally for client meetings as required.
