Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, with flexibility to work partially from home. As a Business Development Executive, you will identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and build long-lasting client relationships. You will be responsible for developing strategies to acquire new clients, managing and maintaining existing accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to execute campaigns successfully. Your role will be pivotal in driving company growth and enhancing our client partnerships.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
  • Understanding of Business and Account Management practices
  • Strong Communication skills, including the ability to negotiate and maintain professional relationships
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet targets
  • Experience or knowledge in influencer marketing or digital marketing is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
