  • Experience in client integration, retention and generating lead for business.
  • Knowledge of bidding portals especially Upwork.
  • Excellent management and communication skills Fluency in written and spoken English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads via various channels like LinkedIn and Bidding Platforms like Upwork, etc.
  • Build quality and competitive proposals.
  • Interact with potential clients as per schedule and close deals (Lead Conversion).
  • Maintain communication with clients through cold calling, emails, professional networking, etc.
  • Constantly provide suggestions and improve lead generation by learning the latest trends.
  • Create and approve new accounts on bidding platforms.
  • Communicate client requirements with the team and discuss action plans.
  • Manage time and organize workflow.
