Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for a Business Development Executive. The primary responsibilities include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business objectives and deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze industry trends effectively
• Proficiency in preparing Proposals and understanding technical requirements for IT services
• Team collaboration abilities and proactive problem-solving skills
• Relevant educational background, such as a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields
• Familiarity with IT solutions and software development processes is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to work on-site in Surat
