Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for a Business Development Executive - Sales. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, managing client accounts, and improving business processes. Daily tasks include maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
• Strong communication and business acumen
• Account Management experience
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the construction or building maintenance industry is a plus

Salary- 25,000 to 30,000
