Business Development Executive (BDE)

Experience Required - 1-2 Years

Qualification : Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development activities within the assigned territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers and sub-dealers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer network.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives.
• Conduct regular field visits and customer meetings.
• Ensure effective execution of sales initiatives and promotional activities.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Building Material Sales, including products such as:
• Steel
• TMT Bars
• Paints
• Glass
• Pipes
• Cement
• Tiles
• Plywood
• Hardware
• Sanitaryware
• Other related building materials
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Good networking and business development skills.
• Candidates from the respective location or nearby areas will be preferred.
• Graduate in any discipline.
