Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive, based in Gurugram. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and managing client accounts. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, developing business strategies, and fostering relationships to drive sales and long-term partnerships. The selected candidate will contribute to achieving company revenue and business growth goals.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and secure growth opportunities
  • Strong expertise in Business strategies and Account Management to build and nurture client relationships
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented with an ability to meet targets in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry or related sectors is preferable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and understanding of market research techniques is a plus
