Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the marketing, digital, and creative services space.
- Conduct client meetings, calls, and presentations to understand brand requirements and pitch relevant solutions.
- Prepare customized proposals covering scope of work, deliverables, timelines, and commercials.
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle from lead conversion and qualification to negotiation and closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams (strategy, design, and marketing) to ensure smooth campaign execution.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure repeat business through consistent follow-ups and feedback loops.
- Track performance metrics, pipeline updates, and prepare weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging marketing tools to improve sales strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in marketing agency or B2B sales (digital marketing, branding, or advertising background preferred).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social media, paid ads, branding, influencer marketing, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to achieve targets and handle client objections confidently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal writing, and client onboarding processes.
- Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about marketing and brand partnerships
